OCCUPATIONAL PROGRAMME: BOOKKEEPING L5 TRAINING AT RUSSELL ROAD CAMPUS
Port Elizabeth TVET College, Russell Road Campus, is hosting an Occupational Programme: Bookkeeping L5 Training for Lecturers from 9 to 13 March 2026.
Lecturers from various TVET colleges across South Africa are currently attending the training. Participating colleges include Boland TVET College, Buffalo City TVET College, College of Cape Town, Eastcape Midlands TVET College, False Bay TVET College, Ikhala TVET College, Ingwe TVET College, KSD TVET College, Lovedale TVET College, Mnambithi TVET College, Mthashana TVET College, Northlink TVET College, Sedibeng TVET College, South Cape TVET College, Umfolozi TVET College, West Coast TVET College, and Port Elizabeth TVET College.
The purpose of the training is to strengthen lecturers’ knowledge and teaching capacity in the Occupational Bookkeeping programme, ensure alignment with the latest curriculum and industry standards, and enhance the quality of teaching and learning across TVET colleges. The training also provides a platform for lecturers to share best practices, improve assessment methods, and ensure that students are better prepared for the workplace.
