END GBVF 100-DAY CHALLENGE MOVEMENT STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
Port Elizabeth TVET College successfully hosted the End GBVF 100-Day Challenge Movement Stakeholder Engagement on Wednesday, 5 August 2026, at the Russell Road Campus.
The engagement demonstrated the College’s commitment to supporting the National Strategic Plan on GBVF by bringing together key stakeholders to form meaningful partnerships aimed at creating a safer, more inclusive college community.
The purpose of the engagement was to encourage collaboration and collective accountability in implementing interventions that will prevent GBVF, support survivors, and promote awareness across the College and surrounding communities.
The College extends its sincere appreciation to the keynote speakers who shared valuable insights and reinforced the importance of a united response to GBVF:

During the engagement, stakeholders were introduced to the College’s End GBVF 100-Day Challenge implementation plan. The official launch of Day 1 will take place on 14 August 2026, when the symbolic baton of the 100-day challenge will be handed over to the designated team leaders.
The stakeholder engagement was a great success, demonstrating the commitment of all partners to work collectively towards eliminating GBVF.
