You’ll be redirected to the I Enabler site.
Start the Application: Once on the I Enabler site, click on the Apply button.
Academic Application Process:
• Under the Academic Application Process, click on CLICK HERE.
Complete Placement Test:
• Test 1: The Numeracy Test.
• Test 2: The Language Test.
Answering Questions:
• For new applicants, answer NO to the question: “Do you have a student number and returning student?”
Accept the Application Rules: Read and accept the application rules, then click NEXT.
Follow the Steps: Continue through the application process without skipping any questions. If you skip questions, you will be logged out and will have to start over.

For NCV Programmes: The minimum entry requirement is a final year Grade 9 report.
For Report 191/NATED Programmes: The minimum entry requirement is a final year Grade 12 report.
Once you submit your application, the selection committee will review your documents.
If you have been provisionally accepted, you will receive an SMS and an email.

Port Elizabeth TVET College encourages students to apply online during the designated application period.
However, the college does accept walk-ins in January, provided there are still available spaces in the programmes.
All walk-ins will still need to go through the online application process to complete their registration.
• Application: The initial step where you express interest in studying at a TVET college by submitting your documents and meeting admission requirements. It’s about being considered for admission to a program.
• Registration: The formal process of enrolling at the college after you’ve been accepted, involving the completion of forms, payment of fees, and officially securing your place in the program.
• Application is about applying for a spot, while Registration is about officially enrolling once you’ve been accepted.
Applications are usually processed within 4-6 weeks after they are received by NSFAS

Provisionally Accepted | When the student has been provisionally accepted, some pending on their results. |
Pre-enrolled | The students can come to the college for registration after they have accepted the offer, which will change from Provisionally Accepted to Admitted. |
Outstanding Documents | When the student who has applied did not upload the documents required, i.e. certified ID and Latest results copies. |
Waiting list | In case there is a space on a programme and when the students who were provisionally accepted do not come back for registration. |
