We are pleased to inform you that the Annual Eastern Cape Information Technology & Computer Science (EC ITCS) Student Competition 2025 will take place from 15 to 17 October 2025 and will be proudly hosted by Port Elizabeth TVET College at the Russell Road Campus Hall.
This flagship event is a collaborative effort involving all eight Eastern Cape TVET Colleges, in partnership with the DHET Regional Office, and will bring together top-performing IT and Computer Science students from across the province to compete, collaborate, and celebrate innovation.

The EC ITCS Student Competition is more than just a contest—it is a platform that promotes academic excellence, innovation, and teamwork within the ICT space. It reinforces our shared mission as TVET colleges to equip students with future-forward skills that will enable them to lead in South Africa’s digital transformation.
