SRC Induction 2025: Welcoming Our New Student Leaders

From 6 to 8 June 2025, the newly elected Student Representative Council (SRC) was officially inducted at the Cape St Francis Resort Conference Centre.

The induction programme was thoughtfully designed to welcome and prepare the incoming SRC members for their vital roles as student leaders. The focus of the weekend was to build a strong foundation of leadership, accountability, and service. Through a series of engaging sessions and team-building activities, members were encouraged to embrace open communication, mutual respect, and continuous learning.

A key message throughout the programme was that the SRC exists to serve, support, and advocate for the rights and needs of all students. Members were reminded of the importance of unity, representation, and fostering a positive and inclusive campus environment.
