During his time at Iqhayiya Campus, Mandilakhe learned valuable skills, especially in pneumatics and hydraulics, that greatly contributed to his success. He credits his growth to the support and motivation of his lecturers, Mr. Zilani, Mr. Mduduzi, and
Dr. Pinches, helped him overcome the challenges that made college life difficult.
Mandilakhe’s hard work paid off when he completed his degree in Mechatronics Engineering at Tshwane University of Technology despite the additional challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Studying during such a challenging time taught him resilience, and he relied on previous exam papers, notes from friends, and his dedication to stay focused.
Mandilakhe is in the final year of his apprenticeship at Continental, passionately committed to advancing his career and embracing the opportunities that lie ahead.
